Check-in: 4 PM PST

Our hotel is fully self check-in so you may arrive at your leisure anytime after 4 PM!  We’re available 24/7 for any questions you have upon arrival.

Check-out: 10 AM PST

Hoping for an extra hour in bed? Please let us know the night before, we’ll do our best to accommodate a late check-out!

While we do love pets, we do not have pet friendly rooms available at this time. 

We are proud to offer a blend of classic, deluxe, and economy accommodations.

• King Deluxe Suite: luxury king bed with en-suite bathroom + private kitchenette.

• Queen Premier Suite:luxury queen bed with en-suite bathroom + additional sofa bed.

• Classics (King + Queen): luxury king or queen bed with en-suite bathroom.

• Economy (King + Queen): luxury king or queen bed with shared bathroom. 

• Shared Bunk: Our hostel style rooms feature custom triple bunk beds – each booking includes one bunk in  a shared room with community bathroom.

There is no parking onsite. If you’re traveling by car, please let our team know and we’d love to offer nearby recommendations.

We have four main amenity areas onsite!

Our Main Courtyard at the entrance of the hotel has dual gas fire pits and soft seating to enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee before heading out onto the town! At night, relax to the sounds of our entryway water feature which creates a soothing oasis to relax to.

Our amenity room features a specialty coffee maker, community kitchen with a full size fridge and filtered water dispenser, and a pool table. 

Our al fresco patio in the back of the hotel is a great spot to enjoy a light bite underneath our market lighting.

For working on the go, post up on the second floor of the hotel at our custom community desk with high speed wifi. No need to blur your background here, as there’s a modern bookshelf that makes the idyllic Zoom background!

Life happens. We get that. Reservations are fully refundable 24 hours prior to check-in. To cancel a reservation, please call us at 619-658-0104 or email concierge@excelsiorstays.com. Cancellations received after 3pm the day prior to check-in will not be refunded or credited, and will be charged in full.

Hotel Zindel strives to provide accessibility services and accommodations to help all of our guests who may have additional needs or requirements. Our commitment to accessibility is a focus of our hospitality and ensures that all individuals can experience our extraordinary accommodations. Due to the physical layout of our hotel, our property is not ADA accessible. Our hotel does not have any onsite front desk agent and is entirely self check-in. All guests booking our hotel will need to be able to easily use stairs. Guests will be required to use stairwells of 2-20 steps to access the main entrance, hotel entrance, amenity room, second floor rooms, bunkbed rooms, and courtyard. This website is designed to be accessible to users with disabilities, based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 AA through the UserWay Accessibility Platform for ADA &; WCAG Compliance. Yes! High speed wi-fi is available throughout the hotel in every room and amenity spaces. When connecting, you’ll log into our guest page and enjoy easy access all stay long. Happy web surfing!

we are a 100% smoke free hotel. We do not permit smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. There is a $500 cleaning fee for smoking in the room.

Yes! There are safes available in every room.
