What are Check-in & Check-out times?
Check-in is at 4pm PST and check-out is at 10am PST. You may request early check-in and late check-out and will be granted based on availability.
Is parking available?
There is no parking onsite. If you are traveling by car, we encourage you to contact us and we’d be happy to offer nearby recommendations for paid parking lots and garages as we are located in a popular neighborhood.
What does the Resort Fee entail?
Our amenity room features a specialty coffee maker, community kitchen with a full size fridge and filtered water dispenser, AM snacks, and a pool table.
Our al fresco patio in the back of the hotel is a great spot to enjoy a light bite underneath our market lighting.
For working on the go, post up on the second floor of the hotel at our custom community desk with high speed wifi. No need to blur your background here, as there’s a modern bookshelf that makes the idyllic Zoom background!
What room types do you offer?
We proudly offer a blend of classic, deluxe and signature accommodations, including king deluxe suites with en-suite bathrooms and private kitchenette, queen premier suites with additional sofa beds, signature king and queen rooms with en-suite bathrooms, king and queen suites with lounges and kitchenettes, and king and queen rooms with sheared bathrooms up to 3 guests (which is perfect for last-minute solo travelers!).
Are your rooms pet friendly?
While we do encourage well-behaved dogs, we charge a $75 USD per pet, per stay.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you booked directly with us, we offer refundable reservations only on any reservation cancellations received 72 hours prior to arrival. Any reservations made with promotion or packages, and are fully prepaid, are non-refundable.

Are you a non-smoking hotel?
We are a 100% smoke free hotel. We do not permit smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. There is a $500 cleaning fee for smoking in the room.
