2. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Flexible Rate Bookings: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the first night’s rate plus tax.
Non-Refundable Bookings: No changes or refunds are allowed after booking confirmation.
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Payment Terms
Hotel Zindel accepts all major credit cards.
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Additional charges (mini bar, damages, incidentals, etc.) will be settled at check-out.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests must behave respectfully toward hotel staff, other guests, and the property.
Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms. A $250 fee will be charged for violations.
Pets are not allowed unless specified in the room listing or by prior arrangement.
The hotel reserves the right to remove any guest causing disturbance or damage without refund.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Hotel Zindel is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
Guests use hotel facilities at their own risk.
Hotel Zindel is not liable for service interruptions due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, power outages, or maintenance.
